You really can get rid of this habit, just quit once and for all knowing why you quit and more, what you really smoke ( meaning you compensate for non dealed emotions ).

That will just reduce the amonut you smoke, but I think it will work well initially, but when you reach one or two per week, it is going to be very hard to give up. Try bubble-gum instead.
